Terms & Conditions for using Belevo CloudPath Advisors services.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Belevo CloudPath Advisors (“Belevo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, booking a consultation, engaging our services, or participating in any training programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

These Terms apply to visitors, prospective clients, and current clients worldwide. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of Services

Belevo CloudPath Advisors is a virtual nonprofit finance advisory firm providing accounting and financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax advisory and compliance guidance, internal audit support, cloud accounting training, and virtual administrative services.

Services are delivered remotely through cloud platforms, video conferencing, email, and secure document-sharing tools.

3. Not a Substitute for Legal or Statutory Audit Services

Our advisory services do not constitute legal advice, statutory audit services, or regulated financial advice. Clients should engage licensed attorneys, statutory auditors, or other regulated professionals where required by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information.
• Maintain proper records and internal controls.
• Notify us of regulatory changes, donor conditions, or grant restrictions.
• Ensure authorised personnel engage with our team.
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

Training materials, templates, financial models, compliance guides, blog content, and resources produced by Belevo CloudPath Advisors remain our intellectual property and are licensed for internal organisational use only.

6. Confidentiality

All financial data, donor information, board documents, and organisational records shared with us are treated as confidential. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

7. Fees, Liability & Termination

Service fees and payment terms are agreed in individual engagement letters or service agreements. Belevo may suspend services where payments are not received within agreed timelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belevo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from inaccurate client information, third-party platform failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Either party may terminate an engagement by giving 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise stated in the relevant agreement.

8. Governing Law, Updates & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Where services are provided to clients in other jurisdictions, applicable local consumer protection and service laws may also apply.
